Right Side Up Advisors
Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 26, 2026
What this policy covers
This policy explains how Right Side Up Advisors collects, uses, and protects information through rsua.com, RSUA intake and assessment workflows, and RSUA-controlled software integrations such as RSUA Signal Engine.
RSUA Signal Engine is designed to help prepare, review, and measure manual thought-leadership content. It does not auto-publish to LinkedIn, automate comments, automate likes, scrape LinkedIn, or bypass platform restrictions.
Information we collect
When you use rsua.com or submit an assessment, we may collect information you provide directly, including your name, work email, company name, company size, assessment answers, and any message or context you choose to share. We may infer your company domain from your work email.
When a LinkedIn account is connected to an RSUA application, we may receive information authorized by LinkedIn and by the account holder, such as profile identifiers, profile information, post URLs, post identifiers, post analytics, comments, and related metadata, depending on the permissions LinkedIn grants to the application.
We may collect technical and usage information such as page views, device and browser information, referral information, and site interaction data through analytics tools.
How we use information
We use information to operate rsua.com, respond to inquiries, generate assessment snapshots, follow up on qualified business requests, improve RSUA services, and maintain reliable internal records.
For RSUA Signal Engine, we use connected LinkedIn data only to support manual content review, cadence tracking, post-performance measurement, content-quality learning, and accuracy checks. We do not use LinkedIn data to publish, like, comment, message, or engage automatically.
We may use aggregated or internal operational data to improve our systems, prompts, scoring rubrics, and workflows, while keeping private customer and account information protected.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information.
We share information only with service providers and systems needed to operate RSUA workflows, such as website hosting, analytics, CRM, email delivery, AI processing, search or research tools, and official platform APIs. These providers are used to deliver the service, protect the system, or support RSUA operations.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer involving RSUA, subject to appropriate protections.
LinkedIn data
If RSUA receives LinkedIn data through official LinkedIn APIs, that data is used only for the connected RSUA workflow and only within the permissions granted by LinkedIn and the account holder.
RSUA does not scrape LinkedIn pages, automate LinkedIn engagement, or use LinkedIn data to impersonate a member. Publishing remains a manual user action.
If you revoke LinkedIn access or ask us to delete LinkedIn-derived data connected to you, we will honor the request unless retention is required for legal, security, or legitimate business recordkeeping reasons.
Data retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to operate RSUA services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve authorized workflows.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you by contacting us. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we design RSUA systems to limit access, avoid unnecessary collection, and protect operational data.
Children
RSUA services are intended for business and professional use. They are not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, integrations, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the current policy was last revised.
